Information for Brewers

We are thrilled to have you as part of Bayside Brew and Spirits Festival 2019.  It is going to be an amazing event.  The below information is aimed at helping everyone have the best experience possible.  We are here to help, so please reach out with any questions you may have.

MATERIALS PROVIDED

As a reminder, we will be providing you:

  • One 6 foot table

  • Ice

  • 2 Chairs

  • Tasting glasses for all participants

  • If you need jockey boxes or other supplies, please contact Tap That directly.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Beer, Wine, Spirits – we ask that you bring

    • Beer - (2) ½ barrel kegs minimum.  More beer is always welcome!

    • Wine – 2 cases minimum

    • Spirits – 1 case minimum

***If you will be having your distributor deliver the beer please let us know what distributor will be handling this and if you need us to coordinate the delivery. At this point we have not coordinated delivery with any distributors.  We are happy to do so, but need to know if you need our help with this***

  • VIP Beer, Wine, Spirits – if you are interested, we will be doing a rotating tap of limited / reserve beers, wines and spirits for our VIP area.  All you need to provide is a pony keg or bottles with the product information to participate. We will provide all supplies.  This can be dropped off at the check in booth.

  • All equipment – jockey boxes, CO2, hoses, taps, chill tubs, etc.  If you need jockey boxes or other supplies, please contact Tap That directly to order.  They can deliver to the fest: Tap That (760) 433-4TAP, Email: info@tapthatkegnow.com

  • Tent –bring your own branded tent – it looks way better, and people can recognize you!

  • Swag – festival goers LOVE swag.  Bring lots!

  • Merchandise – feel free to bring / sell merchandise from your tent (a National City Business License will be required if selling; no alcohol sales allowed)

  • Location/ Map Cheat sheet-bring small maps or business cards to let guests know where they can buy your product! Don’t let these potential sales go to waste!

  • Your “A” Game – it’s going to be an awesome fest!

 

POURS

Per ABC rules, all pours must be 2 ounces for beer, 1 ounce for wine and .5 oz for spirits. All samples must be poured into the BSBF provided tasting glass.

ABC LICENSE / PROOF OF NONPROFIT STATUS

As soon as we get the ABC permit, we will forward it along with the proof of 501c6 to all of the participants.  Thank you in advance for your patience.  We are at the mercy of the ABC timing.

 

PARKING

Each vendor will be allotted ONE parking spot in our Vendor Lot (which will be marked; do not park inside the park).  For additional vehicles there is street parking and off-site lots.
